Coming Soon, some top TIPS from our team on how to ‘get yourself fit for the slopes’ and how to help prevent injuries. We are putting together a page to help you gear up for your skiing. Ideas and tips to help you work on your fitness but also the movements that can help you with your strength and technique on skis, movements that perhaps we do not make naturally in our day to day activities or so much in other sports……..and that is not ‘bend zee kness !!!’… This is being worked on presently and will appear this spring/summer along with photos to, so watch this space!
