Courchevel
Often known as the ‘chic’ resort of the Trois Vallees, without a doubt Courchevel is an outstanding ski resort.
It is in fact made up of 4 different villages. Courchevel 1850 is smart, rather expensive, with excellent restaurants, shops and bars. Courchevel 1650 is a quieter village with an older village centre, lively bards and quietly situation chalet. Courchevel 1550 and Le Praz are also much quieter villages than 1850 with a handful of quaint bars and restaurants. Courchevel 1850 can be accessed easily from both villages.
Most of the accommodation that we have packaged up for clients is in 1850, however, if you wish to book your own accommodation or wish us to find some alternatives then this is easily done.
Skiing in the Trois Vallees is certainly some of the best in Europe. Courchevel is known for it’s well groomed runs, extremely good uplift, tree-line skiing and easy access in to La Tania, Meribel and beyond. It is a great venue for all our courses offering some superb, confidence boosting runs for the less experienced and some fabulous, challenging bump, steep, couloir and off-piste runs for the more advanced – slopes to suit all.
